You plan the hell
out of something like this,
but you never can be sure
how it'll come out.

    Thanks for posting that great cover, David. I never read the book, but the movie was memorable, with the 3 strangers being played by Stephen McNally, Lee Marvin, and J Carrol Naish.

    I like this cover a lot, too. It's much cooler than the hardback first edition.
